I love to hear the comparisons from the CD master. Especially from the glory days of the mid-70's. Just for fun, I love to see what happens when a psycho-audiophile nut attempts a Vinyl rip. I mean I'm all for highest quality but how did this turn into such a massive bunch of files? Why on earth is the WAV almost 75% larger after it's converted from FLAC!? I know it's not one Flac to split, but I always wondered why XLC could produce flawless files, but then when imported into iTunes, I lost the Album & Artist titles.? I'm sure it's Windows & Mac files not playing nice as usual. I prefer big fat WAV files anyway as an audiophile.ĭecided to try it again. My TB storage is as big as the moon in my MP so So reinstalled a new version of this XLC which always worked great for me. Welcome to the thread that just won't die LOL!
